Melanie became a registered Architect in 2012 but transitioned to non-practising the same year, concentrating instead on digital engineering & design management for construction.
Beco is her first company and she hopes share her skills and expertise through the business, improving the way design, construction and the associated information management is conducted on projects she is involved in.
Melanie is a closet geek, who also enjoys rock climbing, camping, and pretending to be a tradie and a mechanic.

Jessica qualified as a Civil Engineer in Brazil in 2016, and after moving to Australia she is now accredited with Engineers Australia here in Perth. She has also completed her Diploma of Project Management, and is part way through her Advanced Diploma of Project Management.
Jessica enjoys yoga and exploring Australia by car, kayak or even foot if she has to. She believes there is more to this world than work and play, and that we can make it a better place by sharing our experiences and broadening our perspectives.

Shannen graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the Philippines, and more recently a Graduate Certificate in Urban & Regional Planning from UWA. Between these, she also studied Certificate IV in Ageing Support. Before moving to Australia, she worked as a CAD Architectural Designer in a construction firm and has experience designing residential, restaurants, and commercial establishments.
Shannen loves designing, learning new things and hopes to put her new skills and knowledge to use, helping and guiding others in need. She is a mixed bag who loves outdoor activities and online games, with her creative side also coming out through her photography and musical abilities.
